Trouble sleeping during pregnancy is frequently in the future mother. The causes may be hormonal changes, or later in the pregnancy because the baby is turbulent and kicking. Many are also plagued by frequent water due to the increased pressure on the bladder womb. Some are plagued byheartburn. Often, only the frustration of not being able to fall asleep cause unrest, which just makes it even harder.

Sometimes it can help to lie on the side with a pillow placed between the legs. Earlier in pregnancy may help to lie on his back with a pillow under knæhaserne.

Sometimes you may need to be distracted, for example. sit down to read or watch TV, for they become tired.

It is usually very reluctant to give sleep for pregnant women because it can cross the placenta and affect the fetus.
