To have PCO and insulin resistance could eventually be other consequences that are worth paying attention to:

The elevated estrogen levels, because of an increased stimulation of the mucous membranes in the womb along with the rare rejection due to cycle disorders, in some cases increase the risk of cancer of the uterus.
